MESA DESIGN Architects, headed by Mohammed B Esa, AIA, NCARB, and in Association with HYDAM provide professional Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Consulting firm with inhouse licensed Architects, Engineers and Project Managers. The firm was established in 1988 to provide clients in the public and private sectors with the design and construction management expertise necessary to address today's complex projects. All of HYDAM’s projects are designed inhouse by our own teams of Architects.

Considerable knowledge and expertise, gained over the years, is applied to forecast costs, understand technical components, evaluate and prepare project programs, and develop creative design methodologies appropriate to the needs of the project. Using data compiled in the computer data base along with input from the staff and prior project experiences, MESA DESIGN Architects have been able to project fairly accurate financial forecasts and construction costs. We periodically adjust and update cost estimates to portray cost increases and changing market conditions.
